Who I am

I've been building systems people rely on for 25 years

I'm a dependable, hands-on builder, wired to spot what's out of alignment and where a system will break.

When a problem lands on my radar, it doesn't leave. It rolls around in the back of my mind while I'm working on other things, and I come back with ideas to test and angles to try. When something is out of alignment, I want to fix it. That instinct is what keeps small problems from becoming expensive ones.

It's also what drives the building. The practical structures, safeguards, and accountability that keep work moving without constant check-ins, and give founders real visibility into how the business is running.

I've been building systems and teaching people to use them for over 25 years, it started when I developed a method to manage fertility and because I believe every woman should grow up knowing and understanding their bodies, I drove across 46 states with my wolf-dog, teaching women about their cycles.

These days, I build systems that companies rely on to scale without the founder being the driving force moving everything forward. As I move through an organization, I turn over rocks, shine light in dark places, create systems that did not exist, train teams to run what I've built, and leave things running smoother than before. Founders hand me the keys and sleep well at night.

Wherever I go, I end up teaching. Women learning about their bodies. Teams learning to run the systems I've built. Job seekers putting AI to work in their search. The thread is always the same: give people what they need to take charge of their own situation.

What I believe

Empowerment

I build systems and teach people to use them so the business can run without me. My goal is always to leave people more capable than I found them.

Tenacity

I figure it out. I've learned new tools mid-crisis, worked through the night to meet a deadline, and started from zero more than once. When something needs to get done, I find a way.

Honesty & Integrity

I say the hard thing when it needs to be said. That means giving founders honest feedback on what isn't working, owning my mistakes, and never promising what I can't deliver.

Quality

I treat quality as a structural discipline, not a personality trait. Catching problems before they reach the customer is part of the planning, not an afterthought. I build quality into the systems I create.

Ownership

I don't wait to be asked. If I see a problem, I solve it. If something needs to be built, I build it. The work gets done because I make it my job to make sure it does.

WHAT I DO

Every system I built left the business running smoother than I found it

$350K → $6M

Grew revenue from $350K to $6M over eight years serving 214K customers as Director of Quality & Operations.

436 issues resolved

Built and led the Quality & Readiness function, holding 99.6% QA accuracy across 1,400+ deliverables in a year under sustained launch volume.

27+ launches a year

Directed operational readiness for recurring multi-six-figure launches, including the company's largest $600K campaign.

$0 → $100K

Identified a growth opportunity, built a digital product line from the ground up, and grew it to $100K in annual revenue, adding a scalable revenue stream to a business that didn't have one.

What I build

Company handbooks, onboarding programs, and documented policies.

My goal is to set people up for success on day one. I build the handbooks and procedures that new hires need to feel supported and well cared for as they become part of the team. I define company policies taking them from abstract ideas to written out and real.

SOPs and training that raise the standard across the team.

I build the documentation and training programs that let people do their jobs well without needing to ask someone who's been there longer where to find links, documents, or how to find their way around the company's virtual campus. When a team grows from 5 to 25, the systems either hold or they don't. Mine hold.

KPI dashboards with leading indicators.

Revenue-per-hour tracking. Copy-deadline visibility metrics. QA health dashboards. I build the kind of data infrastructure that shows founders what's coming, not just what already happened.

Operating rhythms that keep distributed teams aligned.

I run a working blend of EOS, Scrum, and Great Game of Business. Daily standups, weekly Level 10s, project retrospectives, and monthly all-hands. I've run these cadences for fully remote organizations for 8 years.

Tech stack integration, not just tool adoption.

I've consolidated fragmented systems into a single source of truth: CRM, marketing automation, digital delivery, customer workflows. I evaluate, implement, and get the team using it.

Financial visibility without the digging.

I build the tracking systems and dashboards that give founders real-time clarity into the numbers without pulling every number themselves.

How I work with AI

I run my own operations on AI, and I teach other people to do the same.

My own workflows run on Claude. I've automated recurring work that used to take 10 to 15 hours a week, built AI-powered tracking and research systems, and used AI for copy writing and email campaign analysis. I've helped co-workers write better copy by teaching them about context, and I teach professionals how to use AI tools in their daily work.

I also build the documentation and knowledge layer that makes AI useful. Organized Notion systems, searchable SOPs, and dashboards that surface what leadership needs. When the right context is delivered at the right time, AI produces better results and the team spends less time fixing the output. Plus, one source of truth means the AI and the team are always working from the same information. I've built this for consulting clients and I'm ready to build it for you.

Founders hand me the keys and sleep well at night

I'm looking for a Director of Operations role at a women's health company or founder-led business where growth is outpacing the systems. I also take on fractional engagements for the right fit. If your business has outgrown its informal operations, let's talk.
